What motivates her?
From her first design—transforming her mother’s black saree into a lehenga choli—to now having 3 million followers who enjoy her design videos, Nancy's growth has been great. What motivates her? “The inspiration to showcase my outfits on Instagram started during the lockdown. With more time available, I began experimenting with styles and sharing them online. My passion for design began in childhood when I made dyed clothes for my dolls, “ Nancy Tyagi shared in an interview with Cosmopolitan India, where she is featured on the latest cover.
Further in the interview with Cosmopolitan India, Nancy also discussed how being both a content creator and a designer helps her excel in a competitive industry. She stated, “Being a creator and a designer complement each other. Designing allows me to express my unique vision while being a fashion influencer helps me reach a wider audience. Each role enhances the other.”
Moreover, last week, after several months, Nancy returned to her original content that initially brought her fame: "outfit from scratch." The video quickly gained over 30 million views and received more than 3 million likes within just a week.
Now, Tyagi has transcended her role as a creator, earning the title of a model from her audience. She recently modelled for a brand, becoming the face of their campaign.
